Workforce Management

Our flexible Field Services Smartphone app is designed to help any business become more efficient.

This template-based workforce management tool enables managers to quickly and easily define the steps and actions that a mobile worker needs to take whilst out in the field.

With our field services Smartphone app, you can create tasks for your team and monitor the progress of these tasks.

You can create a lists of jobs, pre and post-delivery inspection lists, driver safety check-lists and your own workflows, then remotely upload these to your workers’ Smartphones. Workers can send and receive messages and can log audio, videos, images and signatures for deliveries. You can view all of this information and up-to-date locations of your workers through our online portal.

In Cab Driving Aid

The RIBAS Display is an in-cab driving aid that helps drivers to improve their driving style. RIBAS stands for:

  • Ride Comfort (Cornering) or Over Revving
  • Excessive Idling
  • Harsh Braking
  • Harsh Acceleration
  • Over Speeding

Using an unobtrusive system of symbols with Red/Amber/Green (RAG) status lights, accompanied by audible warning tones, drivers are given feedback on their driving style, particularly regarding over-revving, excessive idling, harsh braking and acceleration and over speeding.

The unit can be configured in a number of different ways to provide customers with the most effective method of delivering alerts to a driver.

MiX Sat Comms is a practical yet sophisticated add-on to MiX SafeDrive that provides reliable and cost-effective global satellite communication in all locations.

By using satellite communication, MiX Sat Comms ensures uninterrupted access to mobile assets, regardless of connectivity outages. What’s more is that, as local GSM connectivity fluctuates, MiX Sat Comms automatically determines and switches to the most economical method of communication – either GSM or satellite.
Critical event notifications are therefore never missed. And high-risk or high-value loads can always be tracked.



Journey Management

With the MiX Telematics Journey Management solution you can ensure the safety of your drivers while they’re out in the field. Paper-based journey planning can become a thing of the past as journeys can be pre-approved and automatically monitored in real-time.

Our Journey Management is an add-on to MiX SafeDrive solution and makes it possible to reduce risk through compliance with corporate health and safety policies and reduces workload on operational staff. It also enables customisable routes to be created as well as a flexible approval management workflow processes. Our vehicle tracking systems monitor your vehicles in real-time using the latest street level and satellite maps and exceptions are reported through the online portal and also via email and text.
